Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping time

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

If your order includes multiple pieces, they may ship from different fulfillment partners and arrive in separate packages, on different days — each package will have its own tracking number.

Please note: our pieces are made to order through our fulfillment partners, so transit times can occasionally run longer during high-demand periods (holidays) or due to customs/carrier delays outside our control. We'll always keep you updated by email if that happens.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If you notice an error, email us at contact@halstonejewelry.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
