Where's my order?

Here's what happens after you place an order with Halstone:

1. Order confirmed — you'll get a confirmation email right away.
2. Processing (1-3 business days) — we prepare your order with our fulfillment partner.
3. Shipped — you'll get a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
4. Delivered (7-15 business days from shipping, typically) — your Halstone piece arrives.

Haven't received a tracking email?

If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first — then email contact@halstonejewelry.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
